New Clients
Please fill out the New Client Intake Form and consent forms included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill the forms out in the office.
Cancellation Policy:
Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If I receive less than 48 hours notice FOR ANY REASON, you will be charged the full appointment fee. This is to protect my time and allow me to try to fill the spot. Think about your appointment as if it was a sporting event or concert ticket. If you can't make the event due to illness or life circumstances, you still are required to pay for the ticket.
EXCEPTION: If I am able to fill the appointment then there will be no charge to you. This means that if you can't make your appointment, you can offer your appointment spot to a family member or friend. Please email me to let me know in advance if you are sending someone in your place so I can change the appointment information and send the appropriate paperwork.
Arriving Late:
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. If you arrive late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
Credit Card on File
This time is scheduled for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.
If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service online. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.
